1. Vision Call™ Is Not a Contract or Bid

Your Vision Call™ is a complimentary consultation offered for educational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a construction bid, design agreement, or binding contract under California law. No work shall be performed, and no liability shall be incurred by Timeless Builds, unless and until a written construction agreement is fully executed.

2. Project Qualification & Fit

Our services are best suited for projects with a starting budget of $150,000+ and a desired start timeline within 60–90 days. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope, geographic range, or operational capacity. Participation in the Vision Call™ does not guarantee acceptance into our project pipeline.

3. No Guarantees of Price, Timeline, or Outcome

Any budget, timeline, or design information provided during the Vision Call™ is non-binding and based on general assumptions. These are not fixed bids and are subject to change based on site conditions, permitting requirements, engineering, material availability, and other factors. Per California Business & Professions Code §7159, a final contract must be in writing and fully signed before work may begin.

4. Intellectual Property & Conceptual Design

All drawings, renderings, planning tools, and written materials shared during or after the consultation remain the intellectual property of Timeless Builds and may not be reused, distributed, or shared with third parties without express written permission. These materials are considered conceptual and are not to be used for permitting or construction purposes unless specified in writing.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of access to future appointments.

6. No Obligation & Consumer Protection

You are under no obligation to move forward with Timeless Builds after your consultation. We will never pressure you into a decision, and you have the right to review any proposed agreement before signing. All work performed will comply with the California Contractors State License Law and other applicable codes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Timeless Builds is not liable for any reliance on information shared during the Vision Call™, including budget ranges, material suggestions, or preliminary design concepts. These are intended as general guidance only.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only to facilitate communication related to your project. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

9. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Please refer to this page for the most current version before your consultation.
